Laurex Lending Advisors is a Plano, Texas based mortgage brokerage firm that provides commercial financing in the area of real estate.  We are part of a group of companies that specialize in real estate.  We are currently seeking a select group of loan officers to join our brokerage team as Lending Investment Advisors in the state of Texas.

We are seeking the best, high quality people.  If you are someone who is interested in commercial financing and wants to learn all aspects of the industry, you are a candidate.  If you are a team player who has good people skills, strong leadership skills and knows how to negotiate, this is the position for you.  Our Lending Advisor Team supports real estate investors and owners from all over the United States.  You will not only be financing real estate, you will be learning, developing and honing your skills in all areas of business, commercial real estate and finance.

Previous lending experience and a Texas Loan Officer or Broker license is necessary.  We will teach you, train you and guide you on everything you need to be a successful Lending Investment Advisor.  You will have the opportunity to be personally trained by a CCIM utilizing proven techniques.  We will also supply you with lending leads that need help financing real estate.

• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• The illustration of hard work through community service and entrepreneurial activities.

Lending Investment Advisors are required to maintain a Texas Loan Officer license due to the activity of financing real estate.

This is a full-time 1099 employee position that is 100% commission based.  You will also conduct business from your own home office.  There is no travel required and work schedules are flexible.
