services that will support the user or investor of
real estate. We are currently seeking two real
estate agents to join our team as Commercial Real
Estate Associates in the state of Texas.
We are seeking the best, high
quality people. If you are someone who is
interested in commercial real estate and wants to
learn all aspects of the industry, you are a
candidate. If you are a team player who has good
people skills, strong leadership skills and knows
how to negotiate, this is the position for you. Our
team supports real estate users and investors from
all over the United States. You will not only be
buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate;
you will be learning, developing and honing your
skills in all areas of business and commercial real
estate.

brokerage firm which is led by a Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). We are also
affiliated with the national KW Commercial platform
and we are part of the CCIM network which has 9,000

We will support you, train you and
guide you on everything you need to be a successful
Commercial Real Estate Associate.

Our formal
training program on commercial real estate
brokerage will provide you the knowledge and
techniques.

We also offer
reimbursements on CCIM course work for
successful associates within the team.

You will have
the opportunity to be personally trained by a
CCIM utilizing the Institute’s proven
techniques.

We will supply
you with investor leads that need help buying &
seller real estate.
We expect you to
have these necessary attributes:

Texas Real
Estate license.

Four Year
College Degree.

The desire for
a long term employment relationship.

The ability to
put forth 100% effort towards your real estate
success.

Demonstrated
computer and analytical skills with a high
attention to detail.
This is a full-time
1099 employee position that is 100% commission
based. You will be working from your home
office. There is no travel required and work schedules are
flexible.
