complement of services. We are currently
seeking a highly skilled individual to report
directly to the Principal Broker as his
Administrative.
We are seeking the best, high
quality person for a minimum of 20 hours a week at
$10/hour for starters.
If you are someone
who is interested in being responsible for
completing office management task for a firm that
focuses on real estate investments and wants be
involved in all operational areas of the company,
you are a candidate. If you are an administrator who
has good people skills, strong organizational skills
and knows how to balance a budget, this is the
position for you. You will support the broker in all
aspects of running the company. You will not only be
running the day-to-day operations of the company;
you will be assisting with his personal errands as
needed. You will be working with agents, loan
officers, lenders, clients, title companies,
contractors, accounting, emails, fax, scanning, and
filing documents. You will also be asked to pick up
the mail, dry cleaning, kids from school, etc. You
must be able to multi-talk and deal with a variety
of situations.

This is a part-time
1099 employee position that starts at $10/hour with
raises and bonuses. The hours will increase upon
your success. You will work from the broker's home
office in Plano, TX in the beginning with the
ability to work from home in the future. There is no
travel required and work schedules are flexible.
